Cast-iron cooking grid
or Cast-iron plancha griddle
Large stainless steel tongs for turning your meat
Meat fork to remove meat from the barbecue
Leather gloves for safe grilling
Preparation:
1. Prepare your meat: generously coat the ribs on both sides with fleur de sel and pepper.
2. Heat your Kokko over high heat and spray lightly with oil. Once your griddle is hot, arrange your 2 beef ribs. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Tip: Cook your meat on a rack on your Kokko. This way, your meat will be braised and have a nice grilled taste.
