Ingredients
250 gr pumpkin
40 gr pitted black olives
100 gr bacon
1 onion
1 rosemary sprig
Olive oil
250 gr flour
10 gr fresh yeast
15 cl milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1. Cut the pumpkin into large cubes without peeling. Steam for 15 minutes, then mash with a fork.
2. Slice the onion and brown for 5 minutes on the Kokko with a little olive oil. Add the bacon, chopped rosemary and olives cut into large pieces. Fry for a further ten minutes.
3. Bread dough: warm the milk with the yeast. Pour the flour and salt into a large bowl.
4. Make a well, add the warm milk and a drizzle of oil. Mix to a soft dough. Add the pumpkin and onion mixture. Knead for a further 5 minutes. Form into a ball. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour.
5. Separate the dough into two pieces. Roll out each piece on a floured work surface. Place on pizza stone and make pi-shaped incisions. Leave to rise for a further 30 minutes. Bake in the hot Verypizz' for 20 minutes.
Tip: Let cool before cutting into pieces.
