Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, half boiled
250 g mushrooms
100 g ham
1 onion
Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary
Oil or butter
Lamb's lettuce as an accompaniment
Preparation:
1. Peel potatoes and grate into strips. Thinly slice the ham, mushrooms and onion.
2. Preheat your Kokko over medium heat, pour a little oil or butter onto the round cast-iron Kokko plate and brown the ham, mushrooms and onion. Add the potatoes and spices and brown on both sides.
3. Serve with rösti and lamb's lettuce.
4. Enjoy!
Tips: Instead of strips, you can also cut the potatoes into thin slices. This recipe goes very well with mirror eggs.
