Red mullet stuffed with pistou


Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 45 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 red mullet
4 tsp. pistou
4 slices smoked bacon
4 sprigs rosemary
Olive oil
1 small glass dry white wine


Preparation:

1. Prepare your red mullet (scale, gut, head and remove bones). For more details on preparing your fish, visit the author's blog.
2. Spoon the pistou sauce over the fillets. Close the fillets in pairs to reconstitute your fish.

3. Wrap a slice of smoked bacon around the fish.

4. Place your red mullet with a sprig of rosemary on your Kokko, on which you've poured olive oil and white wine. Cook.

5. Enjoy piping hot!
