Ingredients:
500 g lamb's lettuce
300 g minced meat
8 cherry tomatoes
4 pink radishes
1 slice of sliced bread
1 egg
Paprika
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. In the meantime, wash the lamb's lettuce leaves in clean water, along with the cherry tomatoes and radishes. Thinly slice the pink radishes.
2. Prepare the beef balls by mixing the meat with the egg yolk, chopped sliced bread and paprika. Shape into balls and cook on the Kokko.
3. Arrange the salad, tomatoes and radish slices on your plate, then place the beef balls on top!
