Salmon skewers with lemon


Cooking time: 4 to 8 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves 2

Ingredients

2 salmon steaks (nice thickness)
2 lemons
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
Fleur de sel
Parsley


Preparation:

1. Slice the lemons and chop the parsley. Cut salmon into cubes.

2. Using skewers, make 4 skewers, alternating a piece of salmon with a lemon slice folded in half.

3. Sprinkle skewers with chopped parsley and sesame seeds. Season with freshly ground pepper, a little fleur de sel and a drizzle of olive oil.

4. Drizzle the olive oil over the hot Kokko and cook the skewers on each side.

Tip: You can serve the kebabs "half-cooked", which you can accompany with a homemade tartar sauce.
