Ingredients:
800 g pulled pork
6 burger buns
2 red onions
1 large tomato or 2 small tomatoes
1 avocado
150 g cheddar
50 g lettuce
Ketchup
Mustard
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Prepare your pulled pork (Kokko recipe)
2. Cut out ingredients: tomato slices, avocado strips, onion rings.
3. Fry the onions in oil in a small frying pan in your Kokko.
4. Heat the bread on the grill of the Kokko, then add the cheddar cheese to melt it on the bread.
5. Remove the bread, add the sauces and ingredients, and meanwhile heat the meat.
6. Once the meat is hot enough, add it to the burger!
