Ingredients
500 g shrimp
1 apple
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
Preparation:
1. Start by peeling your shrimp, removing the head and tail. Rinse with water.
2. Peel your apple and cut into medium-sized pieces so that you can skewer them.
3. On wooden picks, skewer one shrimp, one apple, one shrimp, one apple, one shrimp.
4. In a dish, prepare your marinade by mixing together olive oil, honey and curry powder. Dip the skewers in the marinade and leave to rest for 2 hours.
