
Preparation time: 20 minutes - Cooking time: 1 hour - Serves 4
Ingredients:
660 g basmati rice
350 g shrimp (peeled)
200 g green asparagus
Olive oil
5 ml lemon juice
70 g Gruyère or Brie cheese (as preferred)
Preparation:
2. Melt a little butter in a saucepan.
2. Add the garlic.
3. Then remove the saucepan from the heat, and add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
4. In a frying pan, sauté the onions, then add the asparagus and finally the garlic/lemon mixture prepared earlier.
5. Arrange the asparagus in a baking dish, then place it in your Kokko for 1 hour of smoked cooking.
6. Meanwhile, prepare your shrimps. Season them with salt and pepper, then add them to your Kokko to cook at the same time as your asparagus.
7. And cook your basmati rice alongside for 15 minutes.
8. When everything is ready, arrange your dish.
9. Melt your chosen cheese and pour it over the top of your dish.
