Ingredients
15 shrimp
1 lemon
Olive oil
2 tsp. mixed spices: chili. oregano. paprika. basil. garlic. marjoram. thyme. basil. garlic. marjoram. thyme
3 zucchinis (1 yellow, 1 green, 1 green and white tiger)
1 onion
100 g yellow oyster mushrooms
1 tomato
1 egg yolk
2 tsp old-fashioned mustard
Preparation:
1. Prepare a marinade by mixing: olive oil (3 tablespoons), salt, spices, lemon juice and zest. Shell your shrimp and place in the marinade for an hour, stirring occasionally. Then skewer 5 shrimp per skewer (keep the marinade for cooking)
2. Prepare a homemade mayonnaise by whisking together egg yolk, mustard and salt (add olive oil a little at a time until you have a firm mayonnaise).
3. For the zucchini tagliatelle, cut up the zucchini with a vegetable peeler, then dice the onion, oyster mushrooms and tomato.
4. Cook on your hot Kokko acier (drizzled with olive oil) for 5 minutes: fry the zucchini, oyster mushrooms and onion on one side, and the shrimp on the other. Serve with fresh mayonnaise.
