50 g chicken breast
1 tin corn
1 garlic clove
15 g flour
35 g water
125 ml milk
1 onion
Butter
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. To begin, place the chicken breasts in the pan so that they are covered with salt.
2. Leave to stand in a cool place for 4 hours.
3. Once the time has elapsed, remove and rinse the chicken breasts with cold water, then dry with a cloth.
4. Then place the chicken breasts in your Kokko, to begin a 40-minute smoked cooking process.
5. Place the corn in the same dish, and cook for 30 minutes, spreading melted butter on top.
6. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt a little butter, add the garlic clove, flour and onion, then the chicken and corn.
7. Then pour in the water and milk.
