Ingredients :
4 thick slices of ham
1 pineapple
60 g butter
Honey
Salt
Preparation:
1. Place the ham slices in a dish and sprinkle salt underneath and on top.
2. Leave to rest in the fridge for 4 hours.
3. Rinse with cold water and dry with a cloth.
4. Place the slices in a baking dish, then place the dish in your Kokko to cook for 30 minutes.
5. Slice the pineapple, removing the core.
6. Place the pineapple on the ham slices.
7. Cover with honey.
8. Leave to smoke for a few more minutes.
