Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
300 grams smoked bacon
1 reblochon cheese
20 cl crème fraîche (whole cream)
Preparation:
1. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, then, once cooked, slice into rounds.
2. In a frying pan, sauté the shallots, which will have been peeled and chopped beforehand, together with the butter and oil.
3. Then add the smoked bacon (Kokko smoked bacon recipe).
4. Start heating your Kokko.
5. Alternate the potatoes and the bacon mixture in a baking dish.
6. Pour the crème fraîche into the dish.
7. Then cut the Reblochon cheese into thin slices, and arrange them on top of the dish.
8. Finally, place the dish in the Kokko, to cook for 30 minutes.
