Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp. oil
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. liquid honey
1 tbsp. tbsp. thyme
2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. cumin
Salt, pepper
For the white sauce:
200 g fromage blanc
Garlic
Parsley
Chives
Salt, pepper
Shallots
Lemon juice
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except chicken.
2. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and soak in marinade for at least 1/2 hour.
3. Make skewers from the chicken cubes.
4. Light your Kokko. Drizzle with olive oil and fry the skewers for 5 minutes on each side.
4. Prepare the white sauce: finely chop the garlic, chives and parsley. Mix with the fromage blanc and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: Serve these skewers in bread for a unique sandwich.
