Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
Paprika
Turmeric
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Wash your peppers and cut into thin strips. Chop the onion. Preheat your Kokko over normal heat.
2. Once hot, place the chopped onion and bell pepper strips on your Kokko. Cook for around ten minutes.
3. Two minutes before the end, sprinkle with paprika and turmeric.
4. Serve hot!
Tip: Serve with white fish or meat. You can also enjoy this recipe as an appetizer, cooling the peppers with a light drizzle of olive oil.
