Ingredients:
16 cooked shelled gambas
12 cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 pinch turmeric and Espelette chilli
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Start by washing the cherry tomatoes and drying them
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, turmeric, chilli, salt and pepper. Finely chop the garlic, add and stir
3. Pour the sauce into a plate
4. Thread the prawns and cherry tomatoes onto skewers (on each skewer, start with one prawn and alternate until you reach the fourth and last prawn).
5. Place the skewers in the marinade and turn to soak each side
6. Place the skewers on a hot plancha and brown for 5 minutes on each side.
