Ingredients:
400g prepared squid (gutted)
4 tbsp olive oil
4 apricots
1 bunch parsley
1 pinch Espelette pepper
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Wash, dry and finely chop parsley
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, parsley, chilli, salt and pepper.
3. Cut the squid into small sections to create fairly thin rings. Place in a shallow dish.
4. Pour the sauce over the squid and mix well.
5. Heat the plancha and cook the squid for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
