Stuffed zucchini

Stuffed zucchini


Cooking time: 35 min - Preparation time: 20 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 long zucchinis
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
250 g ground beef
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
3 tomatoes
Grated cheese
Herbes de provence
Optional: spices (cumin, paprika, turmeric)


Preparation:

1. Wash and cut the zucchinis lengthways. Scoop out the zucchini with a teaspoon and keep the flesh.

2. Light your Kokko and oil it. Brown the onion and zucchini flesh. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, herbs and spices, and stir well. Finally, add the minced meat.

3. Top your zucchinis with the minced meat mixture. Place in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

4. A few minutes before the end of cooking time, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Tip: Serve with rice or pasta.
