Pizza with sunny vegetables and ricotta cheese


Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 25 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 ready-to-roll pizza dough
1 small zucchini
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
20 cl tomato coulis
100 g ricotta
50 g mozzarella
1 tsp oregano
Salt, pepper
Olive oil


Preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini into ronndelles and the peppers into thin strips. Cook the vegetables on a lightly oiled plancha for ten minutes.

2. Unroll the pizza dough. Spread the tomato sauce over the entire surface. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Then spread the crumbled ricotta, the mozzarella cut into small pieces and the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Tip: Serve this pizza with a Côte-de-Provence wine.
