Ingredients:
8 medium sweet potatoes
Fleur de sel
Hazelnut oil
1 jar garlic-flavoured cancoillotte
1 bunch chives

Preparation:
1. Turn on your Kokko and reach an oven temperature of 200°C. Place a pinch of fleur de sel, a dash of hazelnut oil and a sweet potato in a sheet of aluminum foil, close the foil and repeat the operation.
2. Place the potatoes in the aluminum foil on the cooking grid and cook the sweet potatoes for 40 minutes. When the time is up, remove from the heat and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
3. Open the papillote, taking care to keep the aluminum foil around the potato, hollow out the potatoes and spoon in a generous dollop of cancoillotte, put the potatoes back on the grill for 2 minutes with the hood closed, and serve immediately with chopped chives.
