Ingredients
4 pieces of pork
1 tsp. Tandoori Massala spices
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 sweet red chilli
1 onion
Salt
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, prepare the marinade for the meat. Mix together the olive oil, tandoori and salt.
2. Add the chilli pepper to the marinade. To do this, cut off the top of the chilli, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Finish by adding the sliced onion.
3. Now your marinade is ready, all you have to do is immerse your pork pieces in it for 1 hour. Heat your plancha. Once the griddle is hot, sear the meat and marinade.
4. After 5 minutes of cooking, turn your pieces over. Cook for a further 5 minutes and enjoy!
