Ingredients
5 sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons cottage cheese
1/2 lime
1 tablespoon tandoori blend
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon curry
1/2 bunch coriander
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Prepare the marinade for the skewers: mix the fromage blanc, lemon juice, spices and finely chopped coriander.
2. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into 3 cm cubes and cook for ten minutes in a pan of simmering salted water until tender.
3. Leave to cool, then cover with marinade. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
4 Then thread the sweet potato cubes onto skewers. Preheat your Kokko over medium heat.
5. Brown the skewers for a few minutes on each side. Sprinkle with cumin.
Enjoy them hot!
Tip: Serve with green salad and a parsley and fromage blanc dressing.
