Goat's cheese, bell pepper and ham tartine


Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 5 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 slices country-style bread
4 slices ham
150 g goat's cheese log
1 bunch cherry tomatoes
1 orange bell pepper
1 bunch parsley
1 onion
Olive oil


Preparation:

1. Prepare your vegetables: cut the bell pepper and onion into strips. Then cut each cherry tomato into 2. Cut thin slices of goat's cheese.

2. Heat your Kokko and lightly oil it. Lay out the slices of farmhouse bread and toast them on both sides. Lay out the ham slices and turn them over after 2 minutes.

3. Finally, add the onion slices, peppers and tomato halves to the plancha. Leave to grill for a few minutes. Remove from the Kokko and make your toast. Add parsley and goat's cheese slices.
