500 g cooked Chinese noodles
300 g bean sprouts
3 carrots
2 onions
100 g peanuts
Soy sauce
Oil
Equipment:

Cast-iron frying pan

Preparation:
1. Preheat your wok over high heat.
2. Oil your cast-iron skillet and sauté the carrots and onions. After 5 minutes, pour the soy sauce over the vegetables.
3. Add the cooked Chinese noodles, bean sprouts and peanut powder. Serve piping hot!
