Chicken and sun vegetables wrap


Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 5 min - Serves: 2

Ingredients

4 tortilla wafers
2 chicken cutlets
1 bell bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 zucchini
Tzatziki sauce


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko to 180°C.

2. Meanwhile, cut your chicken cutlets into thin slices. Wash and cut the zucchini and tomatoes into small squares, then the bell pepper into thin strips.

3. Place the chicken on one side of your Kokko, and the vegetables on the other, stirring regularly.

4. For a warm wrap, place the tortilla sheets on your Kokko for the last few minutes of cooking.

5. Remove all the elements from your Kokko. Spread your tortilla cakes lightly with tzatziki sauce, then top them with the remaining elements. Fold them over, squeezing tightly to hold them in place.

6. Eat while still warm, or chill for 2 hours for a cold meal.

Tip: You can top your Wrap with any sauce you like: guacamole, mayonnaise, goat's cheese.
