Preparation time: 1 hour - Cooking time: 40 minutes - Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (800 g)
4 tortillas
4 lettuce leaves
1 cucumber
1 carrot
2 onions
gruyère
Oil Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Start by covering the chicken breasts with salt and curry powder.
2. Then leave to stand in a cool place for 4 hours.
3. Once this time has elapsed, remove and rinse the chicken breasts with cold water, then dry them with a cloth.
4. Place the chicken breasts in your Kokko, to begin a smoky 40-minute cooking process.
Meanwhile, take care of the raw vegetables for your wraps.
5. Cut your cucumber, carrot and onions into julienne strips and cook in a frying pan.
6. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper and Gruyère cheese (grated or also julienned).
7. Heat the tortillas for a few seconds in the frying pan or in your Kokko.
8. Then arrange them on several plates, adding a washed salad leaf to each tortilla.
9. Then do the same with the raw vegetables.
10. Finally, add the smoked chicken breast.
Fold up your wraps, and bon appétit!
This recipe can also be made cold, without cooking the raw vegetables and/or tortillas.
