My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry, we'll do everything we can to solve the problem as soon as possible!
We take the utmost care in packing and packaging our products. So a damaged parcel arriving is pretty rare, but if you're on this page you're probably thinking that it's happened to you...
So don't worry, we'll do everything we can to solve the problem quickly and efficiently, with the least inconvenience to you.
1) Send us a small photo of the damaged item by email
2) We will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with a replacement for the defective part or the entire product.
