Ingredients
4 pork chops
10 cl tomato coulis
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. whisky
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 pinch Espelette pepper
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients for whisky barbecue sauce in a dish. Place pork chops in dish and coat well with marinade.
2. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Grill the ribs on both sides on the hot Kokko.
3. Serve immediately with potatoes.
Tip: You can replace the pork chops with ribs. For children, simply remove the whisky from the marinade.
