Apple and cinnamon crumble


Baking time: 30 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 apples
150 g flour
150 g butter (25 g + 125 g)
75 g brown sugar
25 g white sugar
1 g vanilla pod
Cinnamon powder


Preparation:

1. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.

2. On your Kokko, caramelize the apples with a little butter (25 g) and white sugar. Add a tablespoon of cinnamon (more or less, to taste) and the seeds of the vanilla pod. Pour the mixture into a buttered mould.

3. In a bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar and soft butter. Mash with your fingers until you obtain a grainy paste. Spread the dough over the apples.

4. Turn your Kokko on to 220°C and bake the crumble for 30 minutes.

Tip: Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
