Smoked Raclette Cheese


Preparation time: 10 minutes - Cooking time: 15-30 minutes - Serves 6

Ingredients:
1 kg Savoy or Swiss raclette

Preparation:

1. Cut the raclette into several slices.

2. Then place them on the grill of your Kokko, to be cold-smoked for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the type of smoking you prefer.

Remember to check during cooking.
