
Preparation time: 30 minutes + 2 hours - Cooking time: 4 to 5 hours - Serves 6
Ingredients :
1 kg brisket
5 g (1 tbsp) cayenne pepper
15 g salt
15 g onion powder
15 g garlic powder
15 g mustard
Optional: 1 dark beer
Preparation:
1. Pour all ingredients into a bowl.
2. Place the brisket in a dish, and spread the ingredient mixture on all sides of the meat.
3. Leave in a cool place for 2 to 5 hours
4. Then place your brisket in your Kokko to smoke for 4 to 5 hours.
Optional: add brown beer to the marinade to give the meat more flavor.
