Ingredients:
800 g pork shoulder
65 ml dark beer
15 g coarse salt
15 g pepper
15 g garlic powder
15 g onion powder
15 g paprika
Preparation:
1. Mix spices in a bowl.
2. Place your shoulder in a dish and spread the mixture on all sides of the pork.
3. Place your pork shoulder in aluminum foil in your Kokko, then baste with the brown beer.
Smoking will take 3 hours.
4. As soon as it comes out of the smoker, using two large forks, fray your pork shoulder. If it's cooked through, it should flake easily.
