Ingredients
4 sea bream
150 ml lemon juice
4 tbsp. dry white wine
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. mustard seeds
vSalt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 white onion
1 lemon
Preparation:
1. Wash and gut your sea bream and cut into each side.
2. Make the marinade by mixing all the other ingredients (except the lemon and onion).
3. Slice your lemon and onions. Place one lemon slice, one onion slice and one bay leaf in each sea bream.
4. Place the sea bream and the remaining lemon and onion slices in a dish. Pour over the marinade and chill overnight.
5. Cook the sea bream on the Kokko for 6 minutes on each side.
