Optimal utilisation

I've always wanted a cast-iron skillet like this! I use it mainly for sautéing vegetables, and the cooking is incredible. The cast iron heats evenly and retains the heat well, so you get a nice caramelization without burning. I'm delighted, and what's more, the wooden stand is superbly elegant for serving at the table.

Unbreakable product

I dropped it on the ground (it was still empty!) on stones; not a scratch! It's a really quality product, thick and well finished. Top-of-the-range quality. Can't wait to cook with it (something other than stones!)

Convinced!

I've used this pan to cook vegetables and meats, and it's become one of my must-have accessories. The cooking is top-notch, nothing burns and everything stays nice and juicy. What's more, I can use it with the cooking bell to really concentrate the flavours, which is a real treat. The fact that I can place it on the table with the wooden stand is really practical for serving.
