Description

Sawdust is ideal for cold smoking. To use it, simply place sawdust in an aluminum or stainless steel container, or in a cold-smoking coil. Then place the cold smoke-generating container at the bottom of the Kokko. Light the sawdust at one end and smoke your food. Cold smoking gives food an extremely delicate taste.

Good to know : You have to shake off the sawdust before placing it in the container to ensure even combustion of the sawdust.
