Description

Wood chips are designed for hot smoking.
To use them, simply place them on top of the charcoal or in a smoke-generating tube before placing it in the bottom of your kamado. Hot smoking gives a delicately smoky taste to food, and is often used for long, low-temperature cooking.

Good to know : You can soak the chips in water for 30 minutes before use to increase the amount of smoke during cooking.
